You see, I worked out relatively quickly that my commitment to wellness via a vegetarian way of life would not stand a chance if I did not get excited about cooking and eating. After all, cooking and consuming were a bit of the passion for me!

I had, what I thought was a loving relationship with food. Once I found low calorie and vegetarian recipes later in life I came to understand that I was having nothing but a a single sided fling. The meals I loved so much, just didn't love me back. Low calorie and vegetarian recipes care for us.

Which brings me on the topic of this article: Why low-calorie, vegetarian? For me, the answer is very simple. A great relationship seeks to draw on and promote the most in each parties. Inside the situation of my relationship with food, it appears to me that nature includes a way of providing us with nutritionally rich foods that will be low or high in calories.

As a caring partner inside relationship, I have learnt to combine these foods in ways that allow them to provide their very best for my wellness and wellbeing! The result: Low-calorie, vegetarian recipes to live for.
